A graduate of Williamson College of the Trades in 1991 with a degree in Structural Coatings Technology, Roger came to Arbonite in January 1996 as an Estimator/Project Manager. With over 30 years of experience working in the coating and lining industry, he is responsible for all shop and field services project estimating, customer sales management, new business development, technical sales communication, and field services project management. Roger has completed his NACE CIP Level II certification, and is also a PADEP-certified “TL” installer.

James McCullough is the Shop Production Manager at Arbonite, bringing more than 25 years od operations leadership experience in construction, project management, and team development. An Army Infantry Veteran, James leads by example with a hands-on leadership style, mentoring and developing employees while driving operational efficiency and delivering quality results safely and on schedule.

Yamil Dehoyos-Rosa is a 26-year-old Army veteran with six years of service, including a deployment to Saudi Arabia. Born and raised in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Yamil is a proud North Penn High School graduate who brings discipline, work ethic, and teamwork from his military background into everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active in the gym, spending time fishing, and going out to the range.

Carol serves as Accounting Manager at Arbonite, where she provides leadership for the company’s financial operations, drawing on years of experience in finance, accounting, and financial planning. Since joining the company in April 2023, she has led purchasing, accounts payable, bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial oversight.

Lena Cummins joined Arbonite as Office Manager in April 2026, bringing more than 20 years of proven leadership and expertise in business operations administrative management, human resources, accounting, logistics, and process improvement. She is dedicated to driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and supporting the company’s continued growth through strong organization and collaboration. Outside of work, Lena proudly serves her community as a member of the Feasterville Fire Company, supporting fundraising efforts and local events.

Doug has been a member of our team for over 30 years, starting as a PVC technician and evolving into a number of roles ranging from Facility Maintenance to Safety Coordinator and Shipping Manager. He now functions in a key role as Shop Foreman, a role that combines elements of his prior experience with our updated initiatives to improve workflow and overall customer satisfaction.Doug has been a valued member of the Arbonite team for more than 30 years. He began his career as a PVC Technician and has since held a variety of key roles, including Facility Maintenance, Safety Coordinator, and Shipping Manager. Today, Doug serves as Facilities, Safety & Logistics Coordinator, where he leverages decades of hands-on experience to oversee facility operations, workplace safety initiatives, and logistics while supporting efficient shop workflow and daily operations. His deep knowledge of the business and commitment to continuous improvement play an integral role in delivering exceptional quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Jim brings more than 40 years of experience in the coating and lining industry. He began his career in 1980 with Penn Line Industries in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and joined Arbonite in 1995. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in the application of a wide range of corrosion-resistant lining systems, including spray-applied epoxies, baked phenolics, vinyl esters, rubber lining, and Koroseal® PVC.

As Rubber & Field Services Lead, Jim oversees field service operations while providing technical expertise and leadership to the team. In 2021, he earned his Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PADEP) “TL” certification and was recognized as Arbonite’s CORE Leader for Field Services. His decades of experience, technical knowledge, and commitment to quality continue to make him a trusted resource for both our customers and our team.

Adam Long joined Arbonite in July 2025 and serves as the Paint & PVC Department Lead. A graduate of The Art Institute of Philadelphia and the IUPAT Apprenticeship Program, Adam began his career as a union painter, building a strong foundation in craftsmanship and quality.

With extensive experience in painting, drywall finishing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance, Adam brings a well-rounded skill set to his leadership role. He is committed to maintaining the highest quality standards, leading by example, and fostering a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
